Add Transaction History or Pending State

I completed a transaction and can see it confirmed on Etherscan, but it hasn’t appeared in my Loopr positions yet. It would be helpful to show pending transactions within the UI—or at the very least, have a section where users can view recent transactions to verify that they're processing correctly.
